How do I find what I’m looking for?
So, you’ve seen this… thing… at your friend’s house. It’s black, it’s big, it’s really, really cool, and you want one. But what is it? A blender? A juicer? Some sort of time portal? Finding items can be a nightmare sometimes, especially if you don’t know what it is you’re looking for, and that’s why we at Kitchenique have made shopping for what you want super easy. You have the option to search by product, category or by brand, and then you can scroll through all the options until you find what you’re after.
Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, then you can use the search bar on the top to type in the brand, function or even colour and search by that. Once you’ve found what you’re after, just add it to the cart and the rest is history!
How long will it take to receive an order?
Generally all orders are processed within one working day, and assuming the items are all in stock should hopefully arrive between two to ten working days. If we have to order in any items for you we will let you know and get them to you as soon as possible.
What if I need to change my order?
If you’ve already finalised your order and realise you’ve made a mistake, please send us an email at sales@kitchenique.com.au or call us as soon as possible on (03) 9500 9788 and let us know what has happened. If the order has not yet been processed, we will put a hold on it while we deal with your issue. Adding additional products, substituting products, removing or even cancelling your order is completely fine, so long as the order has not been shipped. We will advise you should there be any difference in price.
What if I want something now and just can’t wait?
Patience may be a virtue, but being virtuous is never a lot of fun. So if you realise you need something for that special day which happens to be tomorrow, or you’ve just watched MasterChef and can’t wait a week for that new pasta machine, give us a call on (03) 9500 9788 and we can arrange for express delivery, or even express pick up from our store!
I’ve just built a new house and want lots of things, what do I do?
Well firstly, congratulations. But secondly, if you are buying in bulk or need a lot of items, the best thing to do is to send us an email at sales@kitchenique.com.au.
Whether it’s supplying a restaurant or furnishing a new (or second) kitchen, we are more than happy to advise or even do the hard work for you. If you tell us what you need and give us your budget, we’ll do our best to work out the best products at the best prices to suit your needs, so you don’t have to. Best of all, we’ll do this work for you free of charge, so you can get a great offer with none of those sneaky consulting fees.
