We at Kitchenique appreciate your concern with the risks associated with buying online, and as such we only use the very safest technology in processing your purchase. Our online store is protected by the best security, and all payments made over PayPal are secure and guaranteed. We will never divulge your credit card details or private information to any third parties and your profiles will never be accessed for market research.

If you experience any issue, you are more than welcome to phone us or even send us an email at sales@kitchenique.com.au, and we will resolve the matter and check any problems you have as soon as possible.

If you choose to pick up your order from our store rather than have it posted, we will also require a copy of the invoice, a photo ID and a signature upon pick up to ensure that your goods are never taken by the wrong person. These are all just a few of the systems we have in place so that you can feel completely secure about ordering from Kitchenique!

Returns and Replacements

Sometimes things don’t always go as planned and when you receive your order, occasionally some items may be damaged. If this should happen, we will gladly fix the issue for you as soon as possible. If something turns up broken, you should call us within 24 hours of the product’s delivery so that we can organise for a replacement to be sent out. Depending on the issue, we will advise you on what to do and how we can resolve the matter, but may ask for your invoice number and some contact details, or sometimes even a photo. If we are unable to replace your goods, we will offer you an exchange or refund.

If you change your mind about a product, we will also be more than happy to exchange it, provided that you return the product to us within 30 days of receiving it, and that it is returned unused and in its original condition with proof of purchase. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us before returning the product, and we will provide you with a reference number to put on the return and help you as best we can.

Ordering

Ordering from Kitchenique is simple, quick and loads of fun. For your convenience, we have broken down the process into a few easy steps.

  1. Visit www.kitchenique.com.au and browse through our many great products
  2. Click on whatever you are interested in and press ‘Add to Cart’. You can do this either in the thumbnail view, or through the product’s main information page.
  3. Carry on browsing until you’ve selected everything you want.
  4. View your shopping cart and make sure it’s all correct with your order, then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
  5. You can now either finalise your purchase as a guest or with an account. Creating an account is free, easy and saves you time in future purchases. Select either option and press ‘Continue’. If you already have an account you can login to the bar on the right.
  6. Type your billing information; this should be the same as what is on your credit card statement. If you have selected to create an account, you will also be prompted to enter a password at this stage. If your shipping address and billing address are the same, click ‘Ship to this address’; otherwise click ‘Ship to different address’.
  7. Select your shipping method – we currently guaranteed shipping with our fast and safe courier company. Shipping is free on all orders over $150 to metropolitan Melbourne and Sydney. For all other locations, please see our shipping guide below. If you wish to pick you order up from the store, you can also choose this option free of charge.
  8. Confirm your order and you will be redirected to PayPal. From there you can place the order using either a pre-existing PayPal account, or your Visa or MasterCard. All orders placed on PayPal are 100% safe and secure.
  9. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, and now you just have to wait! Alternatively, if you selected pick up from the store, you will receive a second email letting you know as soon as your goods are ready to pick up.
